The working principle of this part has been mentioned above, simply put, the rack and pinion device in the drive unit drives the moving slide to drive the workpiece to move horizontally. It is worth mentioning that the positioning block installed on the mobile skateboard mainly plays the role of positioning the workpiece, and the form of the positioning block for the side wall of different models is also different. If you want to weld the side wall of other models, you only need to replace the positioning block. Other parts do not need to be greatly modified. Compared with the traditional transmission device, this method has been further developed towards flexibility.
The base board structure of each station
The base plates of each station are connected together through connecting plates to form the supporting device of the entire automobile welding line, which must support both the entire transmission device and the welding fixture. In addition, in order to ensure that the datum of the fixture and the body parts are consistent, draw the datum scale line on the base board according to the design datum. The leveling device in the figure mainly plays a role in leveling the entire transmission device.
