Electric self-propelled trolley conveyor is a highly sensitive and highly automated new type of material handling equipment, which has two structural forms of aluminum alloy track and combined section steel track. The system is composed of traction main trolley, carrying auxiliary trolley, load beam, chain hoist, spreader, track, turnout, slewing, sliding wire system, electric control system and so on. By setting the vertical lifting section and the translation section, the electric self-propelled trolley can be switched between different elevation track layers and different lines to meet the requirements of material transportation and loading and unloading.

The self-propelled trolley conveyor line is a logistics delivery system that highly embodies the modern technology of mechatronics. It is mainly composed of cargo vehicles (main vehicle, auxiliary vehicle), load beam, electric chain hoist, aluminum alloy track or I-steel track, collector, trolley line, turnout, turntable, lifting station and electric control system (console , control cabinet, button station, display screen, etc.) and other components. There are two types of supporting motor reducers: imported and domestic. There are two types of main transmission: gear transmission and worm gear transmission. Tracks, turnouts, etc. are designed with building blocks, which can meet the layout and functional requirements of different routes.

 

It has the characteristics of accurate parking, simple operation, energy saving, safety and reliability, low noise, no pollution, and convenient maintenance.
