5. Principles

Oxytetracycline rapid test strips are based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During the flow process, the oxytetracycline in the sample binds to the oxytetracycline-specific colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, which inhibits the binding of the antibody to the oxytetracycline-BSA conjugate on the detection line of the NC membrane, causing the detection line to change. color. When the sample has no oxytetracycline residue or the concentration is below the detection limit, the T line is deeper than the C line. When the concentration is at or above the detection limit, the T line is significantly lighter than the C line, or the T line has no color, or the T line is the same color as the C line. The C line appears whether or not oxytetracycline remains in the sample, indicating that the test is valid.

6. Operating procedures

6.1 Please read the manual carefully before use. Return the test strip and sample to room temperature.
6.2 Take out the required bottle from the kit, take out the required microwell and test paper, and make a mark. Please use these test strips within 1 hour. Seal lid to avoid moisture.
6.3 Take 200ul of the sample to be tested in the microwell, and suck it for 5 times to make the sample and the reagent in the microwell fully mixed until the naked eye judges that there is no solid (this is very important step).
6.4 (40±2℃) incubate for 3min, then insert the test paper into the microwell, and the “MAX” end is completely immersed in the mixed solution.
6.5 Insert the test strip into the microwell for 3 minutes to read the result, other time is invalid.

8. Precautions

1) Test strips can only be used once at room temperature, do not use expired test strips.
2) Please seal the bottle after taking out the required test strips. If you cannot use all 8 microwells at once, return the remaining cups to the bottle and seal.
3) Do not touch the white film surface in the middle of the test card, avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of fans.
4) The milk sample to be tested should be completely liquid without any clumping and sedimentation.
5) Use the test strips again for a positive result.

Tests 500ppb sulfonamides, quinolones, chloramphenicol, melamine and other drugs. All results were negative.
