Characteristics:

  • It is convenient for workers to put up the paper roll through Hydraulic Paper Stand;
  • Glue system can glue the core paper;
  • Gluing roller lift pneumatically, makes the glue homogeneous;
  • Honeycomb shorten after stretch: For cell 6, 80%; for cell 8 and cell 10, 78%; for cell 12 and bigger, 75%;

  • Hydraulic Paper Reel Stand

    Two sets of three layer gluing unit (A1 & A2) + two sets of double layer gluing unit (B1 & B2) can allow customer making FOUR types of cell sizes without change gluing rollers
  • Belt compressing unit
    Top and bottom use nitrile rubber belt and work with 12 pcs pressing rolls
    Entrance installed carry-over pinch roll, lift/down driven by air cylinder

    Double layer thermal insulation
    Heating method: IR heating from both top and bottom
    Temperature adjusting range: 0-120℃

  • Top layer gluing unit
    Two sets gluing rolls installed on this unit, easy for changing. When machine stops, paper will be separated from the gluing roll automatically
    Manual adjust glue volume
    Surface of gluing roller and glue doctor roller coated hard chromium and ground with high accuracy
    Each gluing roll’s lateral position can be adjusted as per different cell size
    Independent frequency converter is used to adjust running speed
    Glue tank is made with stainless steel
  • Horizontal core cutter
    Top pressing wheel are pneumatic control;

    Two types of pressing rolls are installed, can do choosing through air cylinder
    Thickness of core is digital display;

    Adopt nitrile rubber belt to conveying finished paper honeycomb core
