Control System

  • One-key order change system. Just need 1-2 pce sheet to do testing, then can start production. Save material cost.

Treatment

  • Wall body (60mm thickness) and other important parts are done with natural ageing treatment and tempering treatment to release the Metal internal stress
  • All shafts, rollers are ground and done with static/dynamic balance testing. Then coated hard chromium

Transmitting

  • 60mm thickness gear is made with 20CrMnTi material, ground accurately
  • All transmitting part (joint part of shafts, gears) are connected with expansion sleeves. The expansion sleeves can eliminate the connecting part gap, so that machine will be with low noise when running at high speed
  • Main transmitting part use international brand bearings

Lubrication

  • Spray lubricating
  • Gear box is equipped oil balance device. This device can keep each unit with same oil volume

Feeding unit

Lead edge feeder

Vacuum suction, suction force is divisional control

Front stopper manual regulating

Feeding roller

Top roller is wrapped nitrile rubber

Bottom roller surface is with embossing and coated hard chromium

Adopt universal coupling to supply transmitting power to feeding roller

 

Units open/close and moving

Moving shaft equipped with friction clutch

Main motor start protection device can make sure main motor won’t start before all units not locked

Rubber roller

The rubber roller is used for ink mixing.

Wrapped nitrile rubber. Shore hardness over 60

Rubber middle is parabola profile. This type design can make sure perfect ink transfer

 

When main motor stop, there is an independent motor to drive the rubber roller. This can make rubber roller keep running for continuous ink mixing.

Rubber roller gap can be adjusted from 0-8mm

 

Registration regulating

Planetary gear structure

Registration regulating in 360 degree, computer control

Printing cylinder axial moving in ±5mm range

Zero reset function can save sheets when order changed

 

Sheet transmitting roller

Both top and bottom sheet transmitting roller are coated hard chromium

Sheet transmitting roller gap can be adjusted from 0-15mm

 

Ink cycle system

Diaphram pump is used for ink cycling

Ink suction nozzle is equipped filter mesh, can filter out impurities

Equip ink lacking alarm device. When ink is lacking, the alarm device will ring

 

Printing registration fixing device

Adopt pneumatic brake. When units open, the brake will fix the gear position to keep the printing registration not change

 

 

Slotting unit

Structure

Slotting unit include pre-creasing rollers, final creasing rollers, slotting blade rollers

Top and bottom creasing wheel roller diameter is 285mm

Creasing roller gap can be adjusted from 0-12mm

Top slotting shaft diameter is 240mm, thickness is 30mm

Bottom slotting shaft diameter is 240mm, thickness is 30mm

 

Regulating

Box height electric regulating, PLC control

Slotting registration electric regulating, PLC control

Slotting blade position electric regulating,, PLC control

 

Slotting

Adopt 4 slotting blades and 1 big trimming blad

10 ballscrews are used for blades position regulating

Linear guideway is used for accuracy positioning

Coupler is used to connect top and bottom slotting blade base, this can make sure high accuracy regulating of each blade position.

Slotting plate diameter is 800mm

Slotting plate base is cross type. This special type can make minimum slotting size is 360x100x360x100mm or 190x190x190x190mm

 

Die cutting unit

Anvil cover cylinder gap can be adjusted from 0-12mm

Anvil cover cylinder speed difference compensation structure will help to keep same linear speed as the die cutting cylinder

Done dynamic balance test

Die fixing hole distance is 100mm in lateral direction and there are 12 holes with equal distance on perimeter of the die cylinder. Hole diameter is 10mm

Die cutting blade height is 25.4mm

Independent transmitting servo motor (Optional configuration)

An independent servo motor is used for providing power to die cutting unit. In such case, there is no transmitting gear on die cutting unit and won’t transfer the vibration of the die cutting unit to printing unit. This could help to keep high printing accuracy.
