Process specification for oxidizing production of aluminium material
Deoiling process
1: In the room temperature acid solution, the time is 2 - 4 minutes, the H2SO4 concentration is 140-160 g/l;
2: Remove the residual water and then clean in the clean water tank for 1-2 minutes
Abrasive polishing process
1: Remove the oil and then clean it in the clean water tank and then enter the acid etching tank;
2: Process parameters: NH4HF4 concentration 30-35 g/l, temperature 35-40 DEG C, pH value 2.8-3.2, acid etching time 3-5 minutes;
3: After etching, the water is washed into the caustic etching tank after two washing.
Alkaline wash process
1: Process parameters: free NaOH 30-45 g/l, total alkali 50-60 g/l, alkali etching agent 5-10 g/l, AL 3+ 0-15 g/l, temperature 35-45 DEG C, sand alkali etching time 30-60 seconds;
2: Lift the rack and pour the solution into the water tank and clean it;
3: Check the surface quality after cleaning. When there is no corrosion mark, no sundries and coagulate surface, you can enter the light out process.
The light craft
1: Process parameters: H2SO4 concentration of 160-220 g/l, HNO3 amount or 50 g/l -100 g/l, temperature, room temperature, light time of 2-4 minutes;
2: Lift the frame and pour the residual liquid quickly into the water tank for 1-2 minutes, then add second clean water tank for 1-2 minutes;
3: After the two cleaning is finished, the aluminum wire should be clamped tightly to ensure good contact in the oxidation process. One end of the ordinary material clamp is tight with the aluminum wire, the coloring material and the electrophoresis material should be clamped tightly at both ends of the binding frame.
