What is aluminum die casting
 
Aluminum die casting is a process used to make a type of aluminum called die-cast aluminum. First use high-pressure technology to cast aluminum. Then, during the die casting process, the metal hardens in the mold and produces different shapes. The aluminum die casting produced by this method is an alloy with a series of characteristics, so it is very suitable for many different purposes.
 
Die casting was first used in 1838. Pour the molten tin and lead mixture into the steel mold. As the metal alloy cools, it assumes the shape of the mold it is in.
 
Initially, die casting was only used in the printing industry. However, with the introduction of more molds with different shapes, die casting has become a part of every major industry, providing various mechanical parts.
