Hollow Aluminum Idler Roller Diameter 100mm HV300 Anodized Cross Line Grooved
Aluminium guide rollers with a diameter of 80 are the most used guide rollers on machines with 100-200 meters per minute. Shafted idler rollers must be used in the machines. HV300 Anodized will not effect the film on the machine. Advanced machinery parts can make the machine running faster and stable, light aluminum idler rollers can make the total machinery weight smaller, smaller inertia can make the machine run more efficiently and reduce the probability of mistakes.

Stable 6063 T6 and 6061 T6 material will ensure the stable quality of the aluminum alloy guide roller.
Ribs inside the material of the aluminum idler roller can reduce the weight of the roller, meanwhile ensuring the strength of the roller.
“U-shaped” groove can not scratch the film material when the tension on the high-speed machine is high.
