Feature 1: Top quality materials
The aluminum support frame we use is 6063 t5 national standard which is cold and high temperature resistant, 3-5mm thickness, while many other suppliers without the aluminum support, some suppliers use low price aluminum profile and below 3mm thickness;

The PC board(Polycarbonate) we use is heat insulation imported from Bayer, Germany. 5mm wall thickness which is strong enough to avoid violent impacts, explosion-proof, soundproof, fireproof, bad weather resistant and anti-theft. Other suppliers use 2.5mm cheap PC board which is very weak and easy to break by hitting, easy to get fire.

Soft close sliding door can be easily pull by only 1 finger, perfect curved arc, 10cm thick base frame with upper base frame, LED atmosphere lamp inside the aluminum frame, dimming glass that to protect people’s privacy but can enjoy the night view at the same time, etc

For example, top brand bolt and fasteners to make the house much more stable fixed on the floor, imported rubber strips on the revolving door which is widely use in BMW, Benz, Ferrari, etc

Q: What’s the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above.

Q: What color you can do for powder coating? The thickness for powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 60-80um.

Q: What color you can do for wood grain?
A: Our most popular colors are Western Red Cedar, Australia Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, Snow Gum, etc. If you need any other colors, we can do according to the color samples you provide.

Q: What’s the delivery time for samples and mass production?
A: (1). 2-3 weeks to open the new mold and make samples.
(2). 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and confirmation of the order.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
