When installing, the first thing we need to do is to prepare the required materials: a top rail, a pulley, an elevator, a rotating screw, a few screws, and a door. And the main structure of the entire door frame has been completed and passed the acceptance, and the reserved openings and side decorations have also been roughly completed. We determined that the purpose of this is to avoid repeating the construction in the future, which is time-consuming, laborious and costly.

First, locate the elevation on the baseline we reserved in advance, and clarify the elevation and the location of the opening. Then carry out a simple construction of the opening according to the design on the drawing, so as not to leave a blank after the installation is completed. Then start to install the hanging rail: check the parts required by the sliding door one by one, then install a steel cap for fixing at 500mm of the top plate of the wooden frame, and fix the bolts on the top plate, and then install the hanging rail On the wooden board, check the size and check whether the installed nut is fixed.

Then install the pulleys, cover plates, and elevators into the top rail, and make appropriate horizontal adjustments until the requirements are reached. Finally, install the two doors, install the matching hardware accessories, observe whether the opening and closing are smooth, without any resistance and tilt, and then fix all the bolts and screws, and the entire installation process is complete. It should be noted that during the installation process, adjust the door seams on both sides to align, otherwise the entire hanging rail sliding door will be inconsistent.
