alloy (M2M, ME20M, etc.), magnesium-aluminum-zinc alloy (AZ31B,
etc.), magnesium-lithium alloy (LA141, etc.), and pure magnesium.
Magnesium and magnesium alloy thin plates refer to plate materials
with a thickness of 0.8 ~ 10mm, and the aluminum alloy thin plate
is a plate with thickness ≥0.2 ~ ≤6.0mm; the thickness of the
magnesium alloy is a plate with a thickness of 10mm. The thickness
of the aluminum alloy thick plate is defined as thickness> 6.0mm
board. Squeeze
Most of the magnesium is produced with extrusion process. The
products are tube, stick, and shape materials. The squeezing is
performed at a certain temperature. The magnesium alloy extrusion
process and equipment are equivalent to the production of aluminum
alloy extrusion materials. All deformation magnesium alloys can be
used to produce squeezing materials: AZ31B, AZ61A, ZK10A, etc. used
to squeeze the pipes; The production profiles are mainly AZ31B,
AZ61A, AZ80A, ZK10A, ZK30A, ZK60A, etc.
At present, thermal squeezing is the primary plastic deformation
processing process of Transformers. Like the squeezing of the
Transformers aluminum alloy, the magnesium alloy extrusion material
can be squeezed forward or reverse. For production, it can also be
produced with dual -motion squeezers. It can be squeezed with a
horizontal type or a stand -up extruder. In short, all equipment
for squeezing-aluminum alloy semi-finished products can be used to
produce magnesium alloy materials, but the process parameters are
different, and the supporting equipment is different from the
fine-telled equipment.
