Welding systems
The welding systems for resistance welding are currently divided into four main categories.
One, single-phase AC resistance welding machine: this welding machine is currently the most common, using a single-phase AC control system and transformer, can be suitable for most of the mild steel type welding needs. Three secondary rectifier welders: these welders are mainly used for spot convex welding, the main feature is that they can achieve high power welding, but the impact on the power grid is small. Nowadays, it is also used for resistance welding of flash butt welding and seam welding.
Four, AC frequency conversion welding system: this type of welding machine is mainly used for seam welding, the main feature is to maintain the three-phase balance, the impact on the power grid is small, and also has the advantages of energy saving, high power factor.
