This series machine is mainly used for producing uniaxial tensile polyethylene plastic film and plastic wrap stretch film, stretch film, the production of thin film can achieve the effect of one or both sides stick stick, widely used in building materials, hardware accessories, such as packaging.The screw of the unit is made of 38CRNOALA alloy steel with high hardness and durability through nitriding treatment and precision processing.Advanced automatic control system is adopted for temperature control, and multi-point adjustment is adopted for T mould to make film thickness more even.The cooling device is cooled by circulating water with good cooling effect.The coiling device adopts friction-type coiling device, and is equipped with edge cutting device and side material round-trip rewinding mechanism to make the coiling film more tidy.
