Small Low-Profile Motor Steering Wheel Equipped With
Shock-Absorbing Support Plate
Relying on the self-developed steering wheel system products,
ZHLUN Technology can provide customers with a complete set of
control system solutions based on the steering wheel system. By
integrating a variety of motion control algorithms with 4, 6, 8,
10, 12 and even more steering wheels, functions such as smooth and
accurate traverse, in-situ spin, and on-the-fly steering of mobile
equipment can be realized.
It can achieve the purpose of transferring large and overweight
materials and high-precision docking in a small space, and is
widely used in aerospace, port logistics, heavy machinery and other
fields.
A typical scenario is as follows:
① Heavy-duty AGV with low installation height: the height within
12T load is controlled below 300mm, which is suitable for the
transfer and assembly workshop of heavy equipment such as
construction machinery and transformers
② Large-scale heavy-duty mobile platform: load above 10T, suitable
for the transfer and assembly workshop of large-scale equipment in
aerospace, military, rail transit and other industries

Specification
The AGV trolley equipped with the ZHLUN integrated steering wheel
system can achieve zero gyration radius, side shift, and any
"drift" without dead angle in all directions. It can realize the
movement function in any direction in the two-dimensional plane,
including straight, horizontal, oblique, arbitrary curve movement,
360° in-situ and other omnidirectional movement forms.
