The activated carbon equipment-coconut shell carbonization furnace equipment is a carbonization system composed of a cylinder, an aperture, a gear ring, rollers, tugs, a feeding device, a flue gas incinerator, a secondary combustion chamber, and more.
The crushed and screened coconut shell is evenly fed into the preheating section (temperature of 300 ℃) by the conveyor device. After preheating in the preheating section, the coconut shells move to the high-temperature carbonization section (600 ℃) and get rid of impurities and ash in this section. Later, the materials proceed to the tail end cooling section (temperature of 300-350 ℃) via the rotation of the furnace body. In the tail end cooling section, spiral coils serve to carry out preliminary cooling and then water cooling machine further cools the materials. The process eventually manufactures high-quality coconut shell carbonization material.
Designated as the heat source, the secondary combustion chamber applies the waste heat generated by the flue gas during the carbonization process. It is triggered by the incinerator, which facilitates the utilization of waste heat and enables the system to be highly energy-efficient. Furthermore, the feeding system is configured with a twist conveyor in the silo and an aluminum borosilicate plate is used as the replacement of the insulation layer of the furnace body, which holds a good insulating effect and heat preservation property.
