Working Principle
Main Function
CTA voltage regulator adopt phase shift trigger type to change output voltage, in order to reach the purpose of the control voltage. The range of output voltage is generally rated voltage's 0--98%. It has the features as follow: soft start, soft shut off, current limit and constant current, phase lack protection, load disconnection protection, over-current protection, overheating protection etc.
Application Range
CKA votage regulating controller is propitious to contraol resistance load and inductive load. Mostly, it is use to control the temperature of some load, such as the silicon carbide, molybdenum disilicide, wolfram, for iron chromium aluminum, far infrared heating elements of temperature control, for salt bath furnaces, capacitance glass furnace temperature control, rectifier transformer, electric furnace transformer, electric transformer once voltage control. Magnetic pressure regulator, saturable reactor dc winding excitation control; Temperature and light smooth constant stepless speed regulation control.
