(1) Can we get your free samples?Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who
confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
(2) Are your packing method and shipping safe?
We use standard exporting cartons packing.
(3) How could I get the sample？
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the
pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be
presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.
This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will
advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept
the claim from the samples or pictures you present. Finally we will
completely compensate all your loss.
(4) What is your payment term?
T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days
afterdeparture from port.
(5) What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your
detail requirements. By sea, by air, or by express, etc.
(6) How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production,and after sample
approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection
during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking
pictures after packing.
(7)Do you accept OEM or OEM service？
We are able to provide you free samples but the courier fee should
be on your accound.
(8) Are the product dependable?
Yes, we are dealing with cosmetic packaging since 2009. We are
attention to each client request and feedback; we have established
long term cooperation with them. All productsare top-quality and
quality guaranteed.
(9) Can you provide product deep processing services?
Yes, we can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, label,
etc. As to printing color: Any color is available according to
Pantone color number.
(10) If anyquality problem, how can you settle it for us?
Yes, we are able to open a mould according to customer's
requirements if needed.
(11) What is the normal lead time ?
A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 35-40
work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 35-40 days after we
received your 30% deposit
C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 35-40 work days after we
receive your 30% deposit.
