2: Post heating: infrared heating tubes and cold drying fans are working together to quickly and fully dry up the finished media.
3: There is a PID temperature controller to control three-stage heating temperature

Drying system:

cold fans are working together with infrared heating to speed up drying of finished printing

Japan THK linear guide rail with mute glider and aluminium beam

look at those little holes which can open and close automatically. They work as an high-suction vacuum to give negative pressure suction fan to ensure media is 100% flat. So carriage can move smoothly and print media cling tightly to platform.

Q: Do new equipment have heads installed?

Heads will not be installed. Heads will be put separately inside wooden package

to protect heads from damage during sea transportation. Do not worry about

head installation. You will receive a picture which shows clearly how to connect print

head, head board and print head

cable.Our engineer will also offer you online guidance on installation and calibration.

Q: Do they need to be assembled by a technician?

All machine arrives assembled. all spare parts are packed inside. When you receive machine, you do not need to buy spare parts, all you need to do is

install print head and software and collection system.

Q: How about the machine installation if I don't know how to install?

A: Our engineers can speak English, they will help you install machine on line via

team viewer. Engineers can also come to your country to offer on-site training on

machine. Besides, welcome to visit us for inspecting machine quality and get

technical training.
