You can tell us both your cleaning/marking material and ideal cleaning/marking effect by picture or vedio, a suitable laser cleaning/marking machine will be recommend based on our professional technician.
Q2: I never use this kind of machine before, is it easy to operate?
Yes, it's extremelt easy! We will send you manual and guide video
in English, which can help you to know how to operate the machine.
If it cannot figure it out, by using "Teamviewer" online software
would be very helpful. Or we can talk by phone, email or other
contact ways.
Q3: If the machine has problem in my place, how could I do?
We could send free parts to you in warranty period if machines have
any problem under "normal use".

For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard
machines and customized machines according to client’s specific
requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

Q9: Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
Yes, we will arrange shipment for you for FOB or CIF price. For EXW
price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their

Durable wooden case or as per required.
3 layers package: The outside, we adopt plywood case, which is
fumigation free. In the middle is covered with thick sponge to
protect the machine from shaking. Inside this is covered by
thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
