The intelligent mass flowmeter liquid filling machine offers the state of the flow meter technology to fill a wide variety of liquids. No other filling technology offers this advanced combination of features and benefits. Changes in product viscosity, temperature, pressure, and specific gravity are compensated for automatically. Flowmeter filling provides the fill by measuring the volume flow of conducting liquid without the issues of using conventional net weight methods. The machine adopts PLC control, according to the filling bottle, fixed discharging mouth, the rest of all operations can be finished on a touch screen. In addition to having common automatic servo piston filling machine advantages, also widened the range of filling material. As filling material contains particles, long strips of solid content, also can be a very effective filling. This machine adopts a serve ball-screw system to drive the piston cylinder. It's widely used in Food, Chemical, Medical, Cosmetics, and Agrochemical industries, applicable for filling liquid, especially for high viscosity material and foamy liquid, such as Oil, Sauce, Ketchup, and Honey, Shampoo, Lotion Lubricant oil, etc.
1. With a servo drive motor, the cap can be rotated quickly and
accurately without damaging the bottle or the cap.
2. Belt-type cap feeding, can be added to the bad and crooked cap
elimination device.
3. Servo motor control bottle belt, adjustable speed, no liquid
overflow or bottle pour phenomenon.
4. Adjustment mechanism is simple and convenient, and equipped with
instruments, can be accurately positioned.
5. Portable capping head design, just changing the capping head,
can meet the production of a new bottle.
