Fully automatic double-cylinder steel bar safety operation rules
1. The staff must undergo technical training and can only work on
the job after passing the skill assessment.
2. Before formal processing, the equipment should be debugged and
run for 2-3 minutes, and the processing operation can only be
performed after it is normal.
3. The incision of the steel bar blanking is straight without
bending.
4. Before processing steel bars, the machine should return to the
initial position before processing to ensure consistent processing.
5. There should be no transverse cracks in the processed steel
bars, and equipment failures should be eliminated in time.
6. When refueling, No. 46 hydraulic oil should be added.
7. The staff should abide by the safety protection regulations for
engineering personnel.
