Working principle of rib stripping and rolling machine
1. Rebar clamping structure
Rebar clamping is accomplished using positive and negative thread
screws to drive the clamp body to slide and self-center.
2. Thread head processing:
The steel bar is clamped, and the stripping thread rolling head
rotates and feeds axially to complete the thread processing. The
main motor completes the rotation of the rib stripping and rolling
head at a speed of 50 rpm through the reducer. The feed is
completed by the operator pulling the handle through the gear and
rack to drive the reducer and rib stripping thread rolling head to
move along the slide bar.
3. Thread rolling wheel:
The rolling thread rolling wheel is composed of three parts, which
can be installed interchangeably, and the rolling thread is formed
simultaneously.
4. Advance and retreat
Turn on the main motor button, the motor drives the reducer and rib
stripping thread rolling head to rotate, the operator pulls the
handle to feed, when the thread processing is completed, the travel
switch touch plate presses the travel switch button, reverses and
returns to the initial position after an automatic delay shutdown.

Preparation before use of thread rolling machine
Preparation before processing
1. Connect the power cord and ground wire as required, and turn on
the power. The power supply is a three-phase 380V—50Hz AC power
supply. Please use an automatic switch with a leakage protection
function to ensure personal safety.
2. Add enough soluble coolant (oily coolant is strictly prohibited)
to the coolant tank.
Empty car test run
1. Turn on the power. Check whether the cooling water pump works
normally.
2. Operate the button to check whether the electrical control
system usually works.
Application of steel bar straight thread rolling machine
1. The thread rolling machine uses cutting and rolling thread forming
to achieve the purpose of reinforcement and thread processing at
the end of the steel bar, which solves the problem of pretreatment
of the end of the steel bar before processing, and the pain that
similar equipment needs to be rolled many times so that the on-site
process processing and multiple steel bar handling are reduced, and
the on-site production and processing efficiency is improved;
2. The thread rolling machine can use one rolling thread head to
realize the rolling processing of various specifications of steel
bars, which solves the problem of direct processing of steel bar
ends by similar equipment. Threads require one thread rolling head

cooling liquid, which solves the problem of chip removal during
