Description of Rebar Steel Cold Extruded Sleeve
The steel bar cold extrusion connection method is to put steel
pipes on the ends of the two steel bars to be connected, and then
squeeze them with a portable cold extrusion machine to deform the
cold extrusion sleeve and connect the two steel bars into one.
tool. This method is applicable to industrial and civil buildings,
high-rise buildings, foundation engineering, etc.
Advantages of Rebar Steel Cold Extruded Sleeve
1. Its own stability is not affected by many factors such as the
chemical composition of steel bars, human factors, climate, and
electricity.
2. It is green, environmentally friendly, pollution-free, meets
environmental protection requirements, and is safe and reliable for
operation without open flames.
3. Wide range of applications, suitable for various orientations
and the connection of steel bars with the same and different
diameters.
4. Excellent quality, high strength, stable and reliable quality.
Easy to use, easy to operate, and fast in construction.

Cold extrusion sleeve connection process:
The steel extrusion connection is divided into two processes.
The first process is to press one end of each steel bar to be
connected with half of the casing as required on the ground.
The second process is to press half of the steel bar of the joint
and insert it into the end of the steel bar to be connected, and
then press it with extrusion pliers, so that the extrusion work of
the whole joint is completed.
The extruded joint must be extruded sequentially from the middle of
the sleeve to the end as marked.
Rebar half-joint connection process:
Namely the above-mentioned first process, and its specific steps
are as follows:
⑴Install the high-pressure oil pipe and steel bars with stoppers
and casing dies, and apply lubricating oil to the dies;
⑵Press the manual upper switch to align the sleeve with the inner
hole of the die, and then press the manual OFF switch;
⑶Insert the steel bar and push it to the limiter for straightening;
⑷ Press the manual upper switch to squeeze;
⑸When you hear the sound of hydraulic oil overflowing, press the
manual switch again, return the plunger, and remove the die;
⑹Take out the half casing joint, and end the half joint extrusion
operation.
The continuous bar extrusion process:
Namely the above-mentioned second procedure, and its specific steps
are as follows:
⑴Insert the half casing into the steel bar to be connected to the
structure, so that the extruder is in place;
⑵Placing dies and pads used with steel bars;
(3) Press the manual upper switch to squeeze, when you hear the
sound of hydraulic oil overflowing, press the manual lower switch;
⑷Return the plunger and guide plate, and install the spacer;
⑸Press the manual upper switch to squeeze;
⑹Press the manual upper switch, return the plunger and add a pad;
⑺ Press the manual upper switch to squeeze, and then press the
manual lower switch to return the plunger;
⑻Remove the pad, die, and extruder, and the steel bars are
connected.
