Introduction of Synchronous lifting jack
Synchronous lifting jack is a new type of large-scale component
lifting equipment, which is mainly composed of a lifting jack,
hydraulic pump station, and control system. The principle is to
integrate the prestressed anchorage technology with the hydraulic
jack technology, anchor the steel strand through the anchorage, and
then use the computer to centrally control the flow and oil
pressure output by the hydraulic pump station, drive the piston of
the lifting jack to extend and retract, and drive the steel wire.
The stranded wire and components are lifted and lowered to achieve

Working Principle of Synchronous lifting jack
The Lifting Hydraulic Strand Jack working principle is to integrate
the prestressed anchor anchoring technology with the hydraulic jack
technology, anchor the steel strand through the anchor, and then
use the computer to centrally control the flow and oil pressure
output of the hydraulic pump station. The device drives the jack
piston to extend and contract (displacement sensor device)and

Process and Technology of Synchronous lifting jack
1. Scope of application
This technology is suitable for the overall lifting of steel mast
antennas of TV towers and the overall lifting of grids, roofs,
steel overpasses, and other components of large-scale public works
such as gymnasiums, swimming pools, hangars, theaters, waiting for
(ship) rooms, etc. The overall lifting of the crane's main beam and
the slippage of the steel roof truss (cover) of the main building
of the airport terminal.
2. Methods and Features
Lifting method
At present, the methods of "steel strand suspension load-bearing,
hydraulic lifting jack cluster, and computer control
synchronization" are mostly adopted. There are two methods as
follows:
①Pull-up type (that is, lifting type): The hydraulic lifting jack
is set on the permanent column of the load-bearing structure, the
upper end of the suspended steel strand is fixed (anchored) with
the hydraulic lifting jack through the core, and the lower end and
the lifting member are anchored and anchored with special tools.
Connected together, like "lifting water from the good platform",
the hydraulic lifting jack holds the steel strand and lifts it up,
thereby lifting the component to the installation height. This
scheme is the pull-up lift type.
②Climbing type (climbing pole type): the upper end of the suspended
steel strand is fixed on the permanent structure (or the foundation
or the temporary reinforcement facility connected with the
permanent object), and the hydraulic lifting jack is set at the
lower end of the steel strand (hydraulic lifting jack The anchor is
connected to the component), like a "monkey climbing pole", the
hydraulic lifting jack holds the steel strand and climbs up,
thereby lifting the component to the installation height.
The climbing type is most suitable for the lifting of upright
members with high lifting height, general projection area, and
relatively lightweight, such as steel mast antennas of TV towers.

①The steel strand is load-bearing, which is not only an economical
load-bearing method but also has high anchoring efficiency and
solves the construction technical problem of long-distance
continuous lifting requirements.
②With the help of the working principle of mechanical, electrical,
and hydraulic integration, the lifting capacity can be configured
in any combination according to the actual needs, coupled with the
application of the already mature prestressed anchorage anchoring
technology, so that the entire lifting process or in a hovering
state, all Quite safe and reliable.
③Synchronization of computer control, which can control the lift
difference between lifting points with high precision, and is not
affected by the number of lifting points and the load difference
between lifting points.
④ It can make full use of the permanent structure or foundation in
the use stage as the load-bearing column in the lifting stage, and
strive to make the force of the load-bearing structure (column) in
the construction stage and the use stage basically similar or
consistent, thus reducing the need for the lifting stage. The
amount of reinforcement for the load-bearing structure saves the
cost of setting up auxiliary columns (facilities) and reinforcement
in conventional construction.
⑤ For the lifting of upright members with a high center of gravity
(such as steel mast antenna), the weight (pieces) can be reduced as
much as possible to save construction costs.
