Working Principle of Synchronous lifting jack

Process and Technology of Synchronous lifting jack
1. Scope of application
This technology is suitable for the overall lifting of steel mast antennas of TV towers and the overall lifting of grids, roofs, steel overpasses, and other components of large-scale public works such as gymnasiums, swimming pools, hangars, theaters, waiting for (ship) rooms, etc. The overall lifting of the crane's main beam and the slippage of the steel roof truss (cover) of the main building of the airport terminal.
2. Methods and Features
Lifting method
At present, the methods of "steel strand suspension load-bearing, hydraulic lifting jack cluster, and computer control synchronization" are mostly adopted. There are two methods as follows:
①Pull-up type (that is, lifting type): The hydraulic lifting jack is set on the permanent column of the load-bearing structure, the upper end of the suspended steel strand is fixed (anchored) with the hydraulic lifting jack through the core, and the lower end and the lifting member are anchored and anchored with special tools.
