Workflow of Thread rolling machine
1. Debug the machine tool, turn on the power as required, add
coolant to the coolant tank, and then start the thread rolling
machine for the trial operation to see if the cooling system,
control system, etc. are working properly.
2. According to the diameter of the steel bar that needs to be
rolled, install the corresponding rolling wheel and replace the
corresponding washer at the same time to ensure the accuracy of the
thread pitch
3. Clamp the steel bar, install the steel bar to be rolled on the
centering jaw, align the extension length with the end face of the
rolling head stripping blade at the starting position, and clamp
the steel bar. 4. Start the thread rolling machine, turn the moving
handle, start to peel the ribs in the forward rotation, continue to
feed the rolling thread, press the reverse start button after the
thread rolling is completed, and the tool will automatically
retract. After the work, clean the machine tool to keep it clean
and dry, and regularly perform maintenance on the thread rolling
machine such as oil replacement and prop grinding.
