The attention to Pre-stressed steel strand anchorage tensioning 
The tensioning of the prestressed steel strand anchorage is carried out in three stages: pre-tensioning, initial tensioning, and intermediate tensioning. Please follow the steps below carefully:
1. The tensioning anchorage of the same bundle of steel strands must be carried out simultaneously at both ends, and the main oil steel of the jack is slowly filled with oil for tensioning, and the reading of the oil meter is the main factor, and the elongation value of the steel strand is checked. The difference between the actual elongation value and the theoretical elongation value is controlled within plus or minus 6%. The difference between the elongation of the steel strands at both ends should not be greater than 5%, and it is strictly forbidden to stretch one end. The steel bundles that are tensioned at one time are controlled by double control. For the steel bundles that are stretched twice, the elongation value should be used for compounding in the first-stage tensioning, and the tensioning force value should be used for the second-stage supplementary tensioning. Elongation values ​​are recorded on time.
2. The box beam is moved and stored. A 900-ton tire-type beam lifter is used to lift and move the box beam to the beam storage area, and the beam storage platform is aligned. The beam storage area adopts double-layer beam storage.
3. Hole grouting. Prestressed pipeline grouting adopts a vacuum-assisted grouting process. Continuous grouting with screw grouting pump, when the concentration of the slurry flowing out of the grouting nozzle is consistent with the concentration in the grouting pump, connect the grouting port of the pipeline, and open the valve of the grouting port for grouting. When the slurry passes through the transparent tube, the valve of the exhaust port of the vacuum pump can be closed. When the consistency of the slurry flowing out of the exhaust pipe is the same as before filling, the exhaust valve can be closed and the slurry can be continuously pressed. After raising the pressure in the pipeline to 0.50-0.60 MPa, apply pressure for 3 minutes and close the grouting valve. The grouting of the same pipeline should be carried out continuously and completed at one time.
