Post-Tensioning Hydraulic Jack Structure feature
1. Both the tension cylinder and the return cylinder are double-sealed, which improves the sealing reliability. The small cylinder and the second cylinder, the small cylinder and the rear end cover, and the small cylinder and the tool ring are all connected by keys to prevent rotation. All are sealed with a Gree ring or Sterling ring, and the sealing is reliable.
2. The second cylinder and the piston head are designed as a whole, which avoids the possibility of failure due to the welding of the two bodies or the threaded connection of the two bodies. It increases the difficulty of the processing technology but improves the reliability.
3. The improved design of the wear-resistant ring and the wear-resistant sleeve avoids the possibility of the assembly type being forced out and improves the reliability of the product.
4. All the important parts under stress are made of high-quality alloy structures or tool steel to improve hardness and strength.
Application Fields of Prestressed Post-Tensioning Hydraulic Jack
When tensioning, the work is stable, the oil pressure is high, and the tension force is large. It is widely used in the prestressed construction of highway bridges, railway bridges, hydropower dams, and high-rise buildings.
Operation points of Post Tensioning Hydraulic Jack
1. Before connecting the oil pipe, the oil pipe must be cleaned,
especially the nozzle part.
2. The jack should be run 3-5 times with no load before use to
remove the air in the inner cavity.
3. The jack is connected to the oil pump through a high-pressure
oil pipe, and a professional electrician connects the oil pump to
the power supply through a power cord.
4. Turn on the oil pump and run it for no less than 3 minutes.
5. The jack piston reciprocates no less than 3 times. If there is
crawling, it can be increased to 6 times. If there is still
crawling, the pump should be stopped to check and analyze the
reasons.
6. When the jack and the oil pump system are calibrated and before
the tensioning is performed, the jack must run empty. After
everything is normal, the calibration and tension work can be
started.
