Description of Rebar Upset Cold Forging Machine
The steel bar upsetting machine uses the principle of hydraulic
cold heading to plastically deform the end of the steel bar,
increasing the diameter by 4~6mm, and then processing the thread.
The actual cross-sectional area after processing the thread is
larger than the original steel bar cross-sectional area, and the
tensile strength of the joint is improved.
This kind of threaded joint after upsetting is all broken in the
base material by tensile test, which is suitable for projects with
higher requirements. The strength of the base metal of the steel
bar after being upset by the upsetting machine is much higher than
before, which is suitable for some projects with stricter process
requirements.

Product Usage:
It is used to upsetting the head of the steel bar. After the
upsetting, the strength of the steel bar base material is improved,
the tensile strength is already reached, and the thread rolling and
connection are performed. Improve the safety of the project.
The equipment operation is simple and easy, and one person can
operate it. After the steel bars are placed, the foot switch under
the tower will automatically run the equipment, which saves labor
and reduces workers' fatigue and can be processed continuously.
