Introduction of active lime rotary kiln production line:
Active lime production equipment----Lime production line is a
complete set of lime production equipment from feeding equipment,
screening equipment, conveying equipment, calcining equipment, dust
removal and unloading equipment. Rotary kiln calcined limestone
with preheater and vertical cooler meets the production
requirements of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental
protection and high activity. Successful industrial application of
vertical preheating of environmentally friendly and energy-saving
activated limestone. Due to the significant reduction in fuel
consumption and tail gas emissions, coupled with the use of pulse
bag dust collectors to purify tail gas, not only the production
cost and energy consumption are greatly reduced, but also the
emissions during the calcination process are up to standard, and
the environmental conditions are basically maintained.
Process flow of lime production line:
Step 1: The raw materials are crushed to a particle size between 10-40mm. The raw materials are discharged from the hopper to the vibrating feeder, and the raw materials <20mm are screened by the vibrating screen and then sent to the preheater.
Step 2: Rotary kiln calcining lime. The limestone in the preheater is preheated by hot air, and then discharged into the rotary kiln through the chute connecting the preheater and the kiln, and stays in the kiln for 1.5-2 hours for calcination. During this process, calcined at temperatures around 1300°C, the limestone decomposes and releases CO2 to complete the formation of quicklime.
Step 3: After the lime is cooled by the cooling equipment, it is
discharged from the vibrating feeder at the bottom to the chain
conveyor, and is lifted into lime in the storage hopper, which can
be used for scheduling or transported to the hydration workshop.
Step 4: Use two dust filter systems. One is at the mouth of the kiln. After the dust is filtered by the bag filter, the clean gas is discharged into the air. The other is the dust in the lime storage hopper and the feeding part of the bucket elevator. The dust is discharged into the air after being filtered by a cloth bag.

burning lime to reduce costs.
7. The kiln head adopts a vertical cooler integrated kiln head
cover design. The construction area is small, the sealing
performance is good, and the unsystematic discharge of hot exhaust
gas is effectively avoided.
