Chain Bucket Elevator Introduction:
Chain Bucket Elevator is suitable for vertical conveying powder, granule and small block of disperses material, such as grain, coal, cement, stone, sand, clay, ore etc. It can lift the material with the temperature below 250 degree and the maximum hoisting height is 40 meters.


Scraper Chain Conveyor​ Features:
1. Long pitch chain produced by professional company, after heat treatment, wear light, big load capacity, long service time.
2. Hopper is dotted continuous type, feed for continuous flow, without pay, hopper wear reduce greatly. Hopper overall using 16 Mn steel manufacturing, easyly grinding welding on 65 Mn steel, can greatly increase its service time.
3. Hopper spacing is small that lift the same material need low speed, it can greatly reduce the chain also wear, so as to prolong the service time of the bucket elevator.
4. Drive wheel flange hub packaged structure is used in wheel round the fate disc assembly, easy to change.
5. Bucket elevator tail tensioning use heavy hammer type automatic tensioning device, without tension caused by operation fault and often tensioning operation.
6. Using lifting dedicated motor and promised to avoid the fault chain, hopper reverse breakdowns.
7. Overload outage alarm and electric protection device, ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
8. Hopper material is 16 Mn steel welding and become, wear-resisting material hopper for bolt connection with chain. According to different conveying material, hopper have middle deep or deep. Deep hopper for larger particles block material, middle deep type hopper is suitable for smaller particles and powder material.
