Product Description:

Our company has configured the production line for roasting and acidizing lithium ore with lepidolite, spodumene and other raw materials, which has excellent product performance and stable production condition, and is also easy to operate, with positive recognition from users.

The kiln is equipped with wireless temperature monitoring system and remote intelligent variable speed kiln condition control system for convenient adjustment of kiln condition in real time by production personnel.

The crystal conversion rate of raw material is relatively high with complete acidification, resulting in 15% higher lithium leaching rate and lithium recovery rate than the traditional process.

By adopting wireless temperature measurement and monitoring system to manage its working parameters, we not only attain better accuracy and effectivity, but also save valuable energy by strengthening waste heat recovery. We also have newly developed dust removal device that enables optimal dust filtration while not breaking the bank for construction cost.

 

Technical Parameters:

Spodumene as Raw Material (Without Production of Other Products )

The production of spodumene mainly involves two processes: Conversion Process and Acidification Process. The main equipment model, lithium LiCo3 annual output, and spodumene amount for each process are as follows:

  • Conversion Process:
    • Lithium LiCO3 Annual Output: 5000 t/a
    • Spodumene Amount: 5-6 t/h
    • Main Equipment Model: Roasting Kiln (φ2.8x50m); Cooler (φ2.6x40m); Acidification Kiln (φ2.8x50m); Cooler (φ2.4x35m); Ball Mill (φ1.83x6.4m).
  • Acidification Process:
    • Lithium LiCO3 Annual Output: 10000 t/a
    • Spodumene Amount: 10-12 t/h
    • Main Equipment Model: Roasting Kiln (φ3.5x60m); Cooler (φ2.4x40m); Acidification Kiln (φ3.5x50m); Cooler (φ2.4x40m); Ball Mill (φ2.4x8m).

Lepidolite as Raw Material

The production of lepidolite mainly involves one process: Rotary Kiln-Cooler-Ball Mill. The main equipment, lithium LiCo3 annual output, and amount of mixed rawa materials (about 60% of lepidolite) for each process are as follows:

  • Rotary Kiln:
    • Lithium LiCO3 Annual Output: 3000 t/a
    • Amount of Mixed Raw Materials: 15-18 t/h
    • Main Equipment Model: Rotary Kiln (φ3.5x60m); Cooler (φ2.5x23m); Ball Mill (φ1.83x6.4m).
  • Cooler-Ball Mill:
    • Lithium LiCO3 Annual Output: 5000 t/a
    • Amount of Mixed Raw Materials: 25-30 t/h
    • Main Equipment Model: Rotary Kiln (φ4.2x72m); Cooler (φ3x45m); Ball Mill (φ3.2x13m).

Besides the equipment mentioned above, the production of lithium carbonate also requires acidification mixer, raw ball mill, bag type dust collector and fan with the following parameters:

  • Rotary Kiln Diameter: 1.5-4.5m.
  • Calcination Temperature: ~1250℃
  • Acidification Temperature: ~350℃
  • Fuel of Calcination: Natural gas, coal dust and coal gasification.
