TEST-901 1000A Primary Current Injection Test Equipment Kit of Circuit Breaker With timer and binary input

 

The primary injection equipment manufactured by GFUVE is a large range of products that meet the power, current, and accuracy required for this type of testing. The TEST-901 range of primary injection test equipment are perfectly adequate to test current transformers, busbars, circuit breakers, switchboards, complete system such as transformers-relays, and interconnections, with the adequate technology and accuracy at an economic price.
Primary Injection Test Equipment The TEST-901 range addresses test applications that require high levels of AC or DC current, typically primary current injection. The generation power of the various models ranges from 1,000 to 8,000 VA or Watt. The output voltage is adjusted by means of a variac at the primary winding of the output transformer.

 

TEST-901 1000A primary current injection test equipment of circuit breaker adopts ARM Chip to control its output process and large capacity of toroidal transformers. It is equipped with LCD display and current meter; it can show primary current value, second current value, turn ratio and the action time. Packing is used as aluminum alloy body with PC panel. TEST-901 primary current injection test equipment is mainly applied to CT turn ratio testing in the power system and contact resistance test which need large current.

 

Primary current injection testing equipment is utilised in high current/high voltage scenarios found at large electrical installations such as substations. A large current (between 100A and 20,000A depending on system specifications and test requirements) is injected directly on the primary side of the electrical system such as a circuit breaker. The objective of the test is to identify how the system operates under various levels of current load.
