Structural Performance and Exclusive Advantage Technology

The machine consists of rotating disc bottle handling mechanism, storage bottle feeding mechanism, bottle picking mechanism, bottle turning mechanism, dust removal mechanism, bottle discharging mechanism, mechanical transmission system and electronic control system.

1. Rotary disc mechanism: the main disc is divided into equal nylon discs for bottle handling, and the die and other slots are designed according to the diameter and height of the bottle body. One slot can only accommodate one bottle. The rotating disc arranges and conveys the bottles in the process of rotation.

2. Oscillating bottle feeding mechanism: It consists of storage bin and linear oscillator. The storage tank can store 3000-5000 bottles at one time (the capacity can be designed according to the user's requirements, generally guaranteeing 10-30 minutes of startup).

Using the principle of electromagnetic oscillation, the bottles in the storage bin are fed into the processing plate.

Under the monitoring of imported optical fibers, the linear oscillator automatically determines the switch according to the number of bottles in the bottle tray, and transports bottles to the bottle tray regularly and quantitatively.

When there are more bottles in the bottle plate, the delivery of bottles will stop automatically.

When there are fewer bottles in the bottle plate, the bottle will be sent automatically by oscillation.

Always keep the number of bottles in the bottle tray within a certain range to prevent bottles from pushing, jamming or splashing out of the body.

3. Bottle picking mechanism: It is located in the front section of the flask picking mechanism.

In the process of bottle processing, there may be a groove in which several bottles are squeezed and stacked. At this time, clean compressed air or flexible manipulator will be used to remove the surplus bottles from the turntable groove, so that there is only one bottle in the groove, to ensure the efficiency and success of bottle processing. Moreover, it has a certain auxiliary effect on the reversal of the inverted bottle.

The utility model has the characteristics of sensitive, accurate movement and stable bottle-keeping.

4. Bottle-turning mechanism:

When the bottle is upright in the groove, it is propelled out of the bottle track smoothly.

When the bottle is upside down in the groove mouth, the size difference between the bottle mouth and the bottle body is utilized, and the bottle is smoothly turned to the upright position by means of the track curve turning mechanism, and then pushed out of the bottle track.

High accuracy, fully ensure that the bottles in and out of the bottle track remain in a positive state.

5. Dust removal mechanism: An automatic dust collection and discharge mechanism is designed at the bottom of the bottle tray (i.e. the bottle entry and the bottle centralized roll area), which consists of a suction fan, a pipeline and a collection port.

In bottle management, the impurities and particulate dust carried by the bottle, caused by friction, suspended matter in the air can be sucked out and discharged in time to ensure the cleanliness of the bottle, to ensure that the laminar flow direction is not disturbed, and to ensure or improve the purification effect of the region.

6. Protection function: The safety slip clutch protection mechanism is designed on the main transmission mechanism of the bottle tray. In case of overload, bottle jam or foreign body entering into the jam, the bottle handling plate will stop rotating immediately to protect the personal safety of operators and spare parts of equipment from damage. To be cleared after the failure to resume normal work.

7. Bottle outlet mechanism: the bottle is sent out directly through the conveyor belt to enter the next process. The imported optical fiber inspection is designed on the track, and the automatic control technology is realized by combining the next working procedure.

When the track is full, the bottle handler automatically stops the bottle handler and enters the standby state.

When there is a bottle shortage on the track, the bottle sorting machine will start automatically, and the bottle sorting machine will start to work.

2.YGX-B Eye drop filling, plugging and capping machine

I. Summary:

  1. The YGX-B Eye drop filling, plugging and capping machine is our company currently new designed equipment, which after several years test. It can be automatically and smooth running with bottle inlet, precisely filling, stopper loading, capping, bottle outlet, etc.
  2. The eye drop bottles will be conveyed into star wheel through bottle track, and turning with the star wheel. Meanwhile, the loaded bottle will be filled the liquid, stoppering, and capping action, and finally the bottles will be conveyed out by track system to the next machine.
  3. This equipment is worked by both of mechanical, pneumatic, which is highly automatic working, precisely filling and smoothly running characteristics. So, it can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetics, etc. industry, and it can be totally complying with GMP standard.
  4. The liquid material contact pars are adopting with SUS316L stainless steel, and the other main parts are adopting with SUS304 stainless steel.

III. Structure performance and characters:

This machine is mainly composed of double straight rail bottle conveying mechanism, creeping pump, multi-station nylon plate mechanism, filling mechanism, plug cap system, oscillating plug, plug capping mechanism, plug capping mechanism, cap screwdriver and its lifting mechanism, mechanical transmission system and electrical control, pneumatic control system, bottle outlet mechanism, etc.

1. The mechanical transmission system is transmitted to the moving parts by the motor after decelerating through the triangular belt pulley and gear transmission. The whole machine adopts PLC, frequency conversion speed regulation and AC servo control to ensure that the machine works at different speeds, and the movement parts achieve coordinated balance.

2. High-precision cam indexing mechanism (or divider) provides indexing and dividing discs for intermittent motion and precise positioning of each work station; nylon dividing discs use high-quality nylon, which has good toughness, crack resistance and no distortion.

3. By means of peristaltic pump filling, the rubber hose does not react with the drug, and no particles are produced when working, thus eliminating the pollution of particles to the drug. Setting the loading amount on the touch screen can be set without stopping the machine. The adjustment is convenient and the loading amount is accurate.

4. Filling mechanism: The filling head is operated by a cam, and the needle tube is inserted into the bottle for filling. While filling, the droplets are lifted to reduce droplets, which ensures that the liquid has no impact splash and no drip leakage outside the bottle.

5. The inner plug and outer cover are automatically arranged and transported by the oscillator. The inner plug and outer cover are accurate and stable. With special structure design, the product has the functions of no bottle, no filling, no inner plug, no inner plug and no outer cover in high-speed operation.

6. Rotary cap head: Rotary cap head has adjustable torque, while rotating for lifting motion so that the rotary cap head covers the bottle cap for screwing, because the torque can be adjusted so as to achieve the required tightness of screwing cap.

7. Bottle-pulling mechanism: The bottle is pulled by a manipulator, and the bottle with the completed cap is pulled out of the bottle track.

IV. Advantages of Equipment

7. The qualified rate of plugging is 99.99% by using bottle orifice positioning and vacuum plugging.
