Structural Performance and Exclusive Advantage Technology
The machine consists of rotating disc bottle handling mechanism, storage bottle feeding mechanism, bottle picking mechanism, bottle turning mechanism, dust removal mechanism, bottle discharging mechanism, mechanical transmission system and electronic control system.
1. Rotary disc mechanism: the main disc is divided into equal nylon discs for bottle handling, and the die and other slots are designed according to the diameter and height of the bottle body. One slot can only accommodate one bottle. The rotating disc arranges and conveys the bottles in the process of rotation.
2. Oscillating bottle feeding mechanism: It consists of storage bin and linear oscillator. The storage tank can store 3000-5000 bottles at one time (the capacity can be designed according to the user's requirements, generally guaranteeing 10-30 minutes of startup).
Using the principle of electromagnetic oscillation, the bottles in the storage bin are fed into the processing plate.
Under the monitoring of imported optical fibers, the linear oscillator automatically determines the switch according to the number of bottles in the bottle tray, and transports bottles to the bottle tray regularly and quantitatively.
When there are more bottles in the bottle plate, the delivery of bottles will stop automatically.
When there are fewer bottles in the bottle plate, the bottle will be sent automatically by oscillation.
Always keep the number of bottles in the bottle tray within a certain range to prevent bottles from pushing, jamming or splashing out of the body.
3. Bottle picking mechanism: It is located in the front section of the flask picking mechanism.
In the process of bottle processing, there may be a groove in which several bottles are squeezed and stacked. At this time, clean compressed air or flexible manipulator will be used to remove the surplus bottles from the turntable groove, so that there is only one bottle in the groove, to ensure the efficiency and success of bottle processing. Moreover, it has a certain auxiliary effect on the reversal of the inverted bottle.

4. Bottle-turning mechanism:
When the bottle is upright in the groove, it is propelled out of the bottle track smoothly.
When the bottle is upside down in the groove mouth, the size difference between the bottle mouth and the bottle body is utilized, and the bottle is smoothly turned to the upright position by means of the track curve turning mechanism, and then pushed out of the bottle track.
High accuracy, fully ensure that the bottles in and out of the bottle track remain in a positive state.
5. Dust removal mechanism: An automatic dust collection and discharge mechanism is designed at the bottom of the bottle tray (i.e. the bottle entry and the bottle centralized roll area), which consists of a suction fan, a pipeline and a collection port.
In bottle management, the impurities and particulate dust carried by the bottle, caused by friction, suspended matter in the air can be sucked out and discharged in time to ensure the cleanliness of the bottle, to ensure that the laminar flow direction is not disturbed, and to ensure or improve the purification effect of the region.
6. Protection function: The safety slip clutch protection mechanism is designed on the main transmission mechanism of the bottle tray. In case of overload, bottle jam or foreign body entering into the jam, the bottle handling plate will stop rotating immediately to protect the personal safety of operators and spare parts of equipment from damage.
