Product function:
This product is designed to protect stainless steel ba finish from scuffing, dirt, corrosion, uv light and other damages throughout all stages of the manufacturing cycle and delivery, such as cutting, folding, profiling, drawing and drilling. It can also be used to protect other mirror finish stainless steel, such as #8 stainless steel and etc.
Description:
This protective film is composed with three-layer combined extruded polyethylene film and water-soluble adhesive. Most commonly color of this film is blue. Other colors can also be customized, such black and white, transparent and etc. Film thickness of 60u is the most cost effective because it is quite strong to resist most scratches and the cost is not high. Due to the surface of stainless steel ba finish 304 sheet is very smooth, this protective film is designed with low viscosity. It can be easily applied on the sheet and easily removed with no residue. Both raw materials are eco-friendly and fully recyclable. So far, this protective film is the most effectively way for protecting stainless steel ba finish.
