Convert the secondary voltage and current of the silicon rectifier

of 0~10V and 0~6V, and display and control them in the control
cabinet, forming a closed-loop control system to protect the
transformer. 119 samples the secondary voltage, GND is grounded,
and 122 is grounded for the secondary current.
