Sound-absorbing Punching Plate, also known as sound-proof walls,are one of the ways to soothe noise and are the most effective way to moderate noise from roads, railways, and industrial noise sources, for example. Most of them are used for roads, and noise barriers will be enclosed outside the construction site to reduce the nuisance of noise and dust to pedestrians or nearby.

(1) Steel frame

The main support steel column of the sound barrier adopts HW175 steel, and the bottom steel plate adopts a thickness of 20mm. After forming, the whole body undergoes strict pickling-degreasing hot-dip galvanizing-spraying (plastic powder is made of pure polyester material), the thickness of hot-dip galvanizing is ≥76um, and the thickness of the spray layer is 80-100un

(2) Composite sound-absorbing and sound-insulating panels

The front panel and the back panel are made of 12mm thick galvanized steel sheet (both the upper suction sound insulator and the lower suction sound insulator are punched with louver holes), and the interior is filled with a thickness of 100mm and 48Kg/m centrifugal glass wool. The bulk density error of the centrifugal glass surface is not more than ±5%, and the impurity content is not more than 3%, and it is moisture-proof and does not absorb water. The opening rate of the aluminum louver orifice is not less than 25%. The outer surface of the louver sound-absorbing panel is sprayed (plastic powder is made of pure polyester material). The noise reduction coefficient NRC of the sound-absorbing and insulating structure is greater than 0.65. The window frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm, and the middle is made of striped tempered laminated glass 5+0.76pvb+5mm. Light transmittance ≥ 85%.

(3) Transparent sound insulation board

Laminated glass is used as the material for the transparent sound insulation board, which must meet the requirements of relevant national standards and cracks are not allowed. The four sides of the laminated glass plate are made of 6-series aluminum alloy frame, the thickness of the frame wall is ≥1.5mm, and the cross-sectional specification is not less than 60*80un. There is a U-shaped sealing strip between the four sides of the laminated glass plate and the aluminum alloy frame, and the U-shaped strip is made of EPDM rubber.
