Features
1. Fast curing speed Wide application: environmental protection,
high strength, fast curing speed, which can meet the application of
different process structure strength. Suitable for window frame
components, floors, doors, bamboo products, wooden structures, etc.
2. Excellent bonding strength and good temperature resistance; the
adhesion and toughness (elasticity) of the PUR assembly adhesive
can be adjusted, and it has excellent bonding strength, temperature
resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
Application note
1. The moisture content of wood is 8%-12%.
2. In order to get better results, the surface of the wood must be
planed. In order to obtain better gluing strength, gluing should be
implemented within 24 hours after wood planing. For wood with oily
or resin content, gluing should be implemented within 4 hours after
wood planing.
3. After pressing, check whether the glue is evenly squeezed out of
the glue line to determine whether the amount of glue is
appropriate.
4. Please complete the 25℃ environment temperature within 3
minutes. The longer the aging time, the higher the viscosity of the
adhesive layer and the lower the permeability. The aging time after
cloth glue usually varies with the amount of cloth glue and the
temperature and humidity of the operating environment. The shorter
the aging time, the faster the pressure is applied, and the better
the bonding strength can be ensured.
5. After the pressure is relieved, the board must be kept for at
least 24 hours in the room temperature above 25 ℃ before it can be
processed in the next step. After 7 days of curing, it will reach
an excellent bonding strength.
6. Wear protective gloves and goggles every time you use it.
7. Clean, wash the skin and the glue on the equipment with warm
water. The product must be cleaned before curing.
8. Health, environmental protection and safety. Burns-Don't try to
remove the glue that has cooled down on the skin. Seek medical
advice.
Hot fumes-do not breathe. Use in a well-ventilated area.
Fire risk-use at the recommended operating temperature.
