The vertical ring die pellet machine is an excellent apparatus for creating biomass fuel and coarse

transmission, granulation (the mold and pressure wheel being the
core components), auto-lubrication, and air-cooled dust removal.

wheel rotates to centrifuge the materials, distributing them in an
even manner and increasing forming rate. The mold is fixed, which
makes the equipment run more stably and it can produce two
specifications from upper and lower layers. There are two
independent lubrication systems for the transmission part and the
pressing part, assuring safe and stable operation for a long time.
To facilitate long-term operation it is equipped with an air-cooled
dust removal device, for more effective production, energy saving
and environmental protection.
This technology is applicable for raw materials such as sawdust,
shavings, wood scraps, furniture factory scraps, rice husks,
sunflower husks, peanut husks and other wood scraps, branches,
stems, bark and other wood scraps; various crop straws; rubber,
cement, ash and other chemical raw materials.
