With the increasing demand for quantity and quality of edible oil,
more and more businessmen are interested in establishing small oil
factories.
In fact, most small crude oil refineries are faced with the
shortcomings of crude oil refining equipment, backwardprocess, low
quality of refined oil. To this end, Mikim Machinery has launched
the most cost-effective crude oil refinery to meet the needs of
small crude oil refineries with a normal capacity of 1 to 10 tons
per day.
Small oil refining machine is used to process curde oil which is
pressed by oil press machine. This Small oil refining machine have
the functions of dephosphorization, deacidification and
dehydration. Through the processes of the oil refinery machine, the
product oil can reach the edible standrad.
1.Drew the oil in the tank.
2.Turn on the stirring switch
3.Turn on the heating switch
When the temperature of the oil reaches 65 centigrade, turn off the
heating switch.
4.Add hot brine to the oil, sprinkle the hot brine evenly into the
oil. Then stir for 15 minutes. Turn off the stirring switch.
Brine/oil : 5/100 ( 100kg oil add 5kg brine)
Salt/water: 5/1000(100kg water add 0.5kg salt)
Note: the temperature of the brine must be 10-15℃ higher than the
temperature of 65℃ oil. If the brine temperature is lower than
the oil, the oil would emulsify.
5.Precipitate the oil in the tank for 4-6 hours.
6.Open the switch at the bottom of the tank, let out the
precipitate.
Vegetable and Animal Oils and Fats have impurities such as
Moisture, Solids (Insolubles), Gums (Lecithins), Free-Fatty Acids
(FFA), Waxes, and Compounds of Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium,
Calcium, and other metals. These impurities must be removed to
improve the functionality of the oils. Other characteristics of
oils (such as Color, odor, and taste) are also considered
impurities by modern consumers. These impurities are removed in a
series of steps such as degumming (to remove gums), neutralizing
(to remove FFA), bleaching (to remove color), deodorizing (to
remove odor and taste), and dewaxing or winterization (to remove
waxes).
