Membrane Press (vacuum press) is suitable for covering on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, mainly for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. What's more, it is able to cover embossed board and five surfaces at same time. The thickness of membrane ranges from 0.20 to 0.50mm with width of 1260mm or 1400mm, and length of 100-300m/roll.
For wrapping profiles, like wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc., thickness of the membrane is 0.12-0.18mm, width 40-1260mm, length 300-800m/roll. These applications including door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling, etc.
When doing cold laminating, the thickness can be 0.12-0.20mm, width 1240-1260mm, length 300-500m/roll. It is suitable for covering on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc., and enables doors and furniture to look better.
In the process of hot laminating, the membrane should have thickness of 0.16-0.30mm, width 1260mm, and length of 200-300m/roll. Used for covering on PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, it is mainly applied to doors, skirting, etc.
The thickness of membrane for self-adhesive is 0.10-0.20mm, width 600mm/1220mm, and length 5-50m/roll. It can be put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
