Different Process Method for Different Applications:
Membrane Press (vacuum press): With a thickness of 0.20mm to 0.50mm, a width of 1260mm or 1400mm and a length of 100-300m/roll, this allows for application on cover on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc., for door, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and furniture, and cover embossed board with the capacity to cover all five surfaces at the same time.
Wrapping Profiles: This involves a thickness of 0.12mm to 0.18mm, a width of 40mm to 1260mm, and a length of 300-800m/roll, enabling application on all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, and PVC profile, for door frames, window sills, base channels, and PVC ceilings.
Cold Laminating: This entails a thickness of 0.12mm to 0.20mm, a width of 1260mm to 1260mm, and a length of 300-500m/roll, which can cover all kinds of flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, and PVC panel, for doors and furniture.
Hot Laminating: The thickness of 0.16mm to 0.30mm, a width of 1260mm, and a length of 200-300m/roll enable it to be used for PVC panel, steel panel, and aluminum panel, applied for doors, skirting and so on.
Self-adhesive: With a thickness of 0.10mm to 0.20mm, a width of 600mm and 1220mm, and a length of 5-50m/roll, this process can be used on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
