Membrane Press (vacuum press): This technique is used to cover materials such as MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It can also cover embossed board and cover five surfaces at the same time. The thickness of the layers ranges from 0.20mm to 0.50mm, the width is 1260mm and 1400m, and length is from 100m to 300m per roll.
Wrapping Profiles: This technique is used to cover all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling, and so on. The length, thickness and width of the layers ranges from 300m to 800m, 0.12mm to 0.18mm, and 40mm to 1260mm respectively.
Cold Laminating: This technique is used to cover all kinds of flat panels like wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc for doors and furniture. The thickness of the layers is 0.12mm to 0.20mm, the width is 1240mm to 1260mm, and length is from 300m to 500m per roll.
Hot Laminating: The thickness of the layers of this technique is ranged from 0.16mm to 0.30mm, the width is 1260mm and length is from 200m to 300m per roll, and can be used for covering PVC panel, steel panel, or aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on.
Self-adhesive: This technique can be stuck to any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations. The length of the layers is between 5m to 50m per roll, and the thickness and width ranges from 0.10mm to 0.20mm and 600mm to 1220mm respectively.

The PVC Decorative Film products are packed in individual rolls.
Each roll is labelled with product information, including size,
weight, quantity, etc. The rolls are secured with tape and placed
in large pallets for storage and shipping. All pallets are wrapped
with shrink wrap to protect the contents from the elements. The
pallets are then loaded onto trucks for delivery to the customer.
