Introduction:
Stone production line is the special equipment for building, highway, railway etc;It is widely used in crushing and processing of limestone, graystone, granite, pebbles and other mineral, the quality of finished product reach GB14685-2001 standards completely;It provide the high quality stone and sand for the high grade highway, railway, water conservancy, concrete mixing plant and other industries.
Stone Crusher Plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibratingscreen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc.The designed capacity of stone crushing machinery equipment production line is from 50t/h to 500t/h. To meet customers specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such as cone crusher, dust catcher on the production line.
Stone Crusher Plant Working Process:
Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher of stone crushing
machinery equipment production line evenly and gradually
byvibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After
first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by
belt conveyorfor secondary crush; the crushed materials will then
transferred tovibrating screen for separating.This step is very
important in stone crushing machinery equipment production line.
After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be
transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be
returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of
final products can be combined and graded according tocustomers
specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher systemto
protect environment.
Advantage:
1. V-shaped structure crushing cavity is able to meet a big
feeding.
2. Movable jaw assembly adopts a high-quality steel casting and
heavy eccentric shaft has also adopted forging billet for
processing.
3. Use of finite element analysis technology helps to reach both
light weight and high reliability.
4. Equipped with wedge adjustment devices, enable to realize
automatic control and stepless adjustment.
