Solar PV Cable Extrusion Line

This equipment is mainly used for single-color and double-layer extrusion of Solar cable extrusion line for the materials XHFFR or XLPO. The wire ranges from 1.5mm2 to 16mm2.

 

Main Technical Parameter:
1.Maximum production line speed: Max 200m/min (300 m/min);
2.Φ80 Extruder Extrusion amount: 200kg/h;
3.Φ100 Extruder Extrusion amount: 300kg/h;

 

Electric Control System:

The whole production line adopts Siemens S7-1500+TP1500 Siemens touch screen control, which can reflect the production line status in real time; The control electric cabinet adopts the imitation weitu electric cabinet, open the door on one side; The operation screen adopts a separate cantilever screen, which can not be directly mounted on the electrical cabinet.
