Technology Procedure:
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;
2. Zinc phosphate: Promote the adhesion between the steel and coating film;
3. Zinc-rich epoxy powder coat: Providing long-lasting, anti-impaction and anti-corrosion;
4. Polyester colour coat: With extra anti-UV rays, corrosion and self-cleaning.
Advantages:
The PVC fencing can assemble easily and the chemical has UV protection.
The fence has comparatively high overall strength and very apparent decorative effect.
This kind of fencing product offers good corrosion resistance, age resistance, beautiful view, simple and easy installation.
