Introduction
Annealing furnace annealing
Annealing furnace annealing equipment is mainly composed of
annealing tank, heating wire, etc. It achieves the purpose of
annealing by placing the monofilament in a heated container.
The main advantages of the equipment: the equipment is simple and
easy to maintain.
Disadvantages: high power consumption, unstable properties of
monofilament after annealing, unable to be annealed continuously on
line, and long annealing cycle.
Heat pipe annealing
Heat pipe annealing equipment is mainly composed of stainless steel
pipe, heating wire, coolant, take-up and take-off device, etc. It
heats a hollow tube through an electric heating wire, and a single
wire passes through the heated hollow tube to achieve the purpose
of annealing.
The main advantages of the equipment: the equipment is simple, can
realize on-line continuous annealing, and the annealing cycle is
relatively short.
Disadvantages: high power consumption, unable to realize automatic
tracking of annealing speed (annealing temperature cannot be
adjusted in time with line speed).
