Copper Wire Annealing Tube Furnace With Stable Temperature
Introduction
1. The voltage of the electric heating tube is 110v-850w. It is made of 310 stainless steel, and the temperature resistance grade can reach 1200 degrees.
2. Cooling water: 304 stainless steel is selected for rust prevention and corrosion resistance, and a constant temperature device is installed to keep the water temperature constant.
3. Blow dry: use high-pressure fan to force the water on the wire surface to dry.
4. Oven: dry the wire passing through the oven by electric heating.
5. Extraction: the extraction speed is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation, and the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 0-1500 rpm. After high-frequency heat treatment, the surface of the lead pulley is sprayed with ceramic, which is wear-resistant and durable.
6. Take up part: take up the line with torque motor. The torque can be adjusted arbitrarily. Different specifications of production can be determined according to needs, and each take-up head can be adjusted independently, which is convenient and reliable. There are two kinds of take-up methods: double-layer take-up and single-layer take-up. Customers can choose more according to their needs.
7. Cable arrangement part: the cable arrangement adopts left-right control mode and is driven by gear reduction motor. In order to facilitate customers, the cable arrangement part is equipped with frequency converter, and the user can adjust the speed of cable arrangement at any time according to needs.
