1.Structural characteristics and performance parameters:

1. Structural features

(1) Power control: frequency converter, which can be adjusted within 0-200 RPM, controls the host motor. The touch screen displays the current host speed. Pay off, annealing, tin coating, traction motor is equipped with frequency converter separately. Through the rotation of tension bar to give the precision resistance, the signal of resistance value change is automatically calculated under the control of PLC. The frequency converter is ordered to adjust the motor speed immediately to keep the tension bar stable and adjust the optimal tension to keep the diameter of finished production uniform. The winding motor servo + PLC can keep the tension of winding diameter stable The traverse is stable

(2) Payoff: shaft type, top core nut type tightening

(3) Annealing mode: full wave DC annealing.

(4) Cooling mode: water-cooling.

(5) Tin coating method: Hot Tin Coating for lifting air knife.

C. The buyer supplies all the material for the test

5. Maintenance: We offers long-distance mechanical support for free; if the engineers are needed to be in the buyer’s company for maintenance, the buyer offers flight ticket (SHANGHAI), board and lodging. (100USD/DAY)
