Multi-head(max 66) pay-off stand (inlet structure)

1.After all the lines are released from the pay-off rack, they enter the splitter board through a set of guide wheels and enter the eye mold for twisting. 2.Distribution board gauge: Our standard distribution board has 19 holes (also can be customized according to customer requirements). 3.Inlet eye mold specification: (Outer circle) Ø25* (Height) 15, inner hole design according to customer requirements.

Wire rewinding structure

1.Bobbin: Standard bobbin: (outer diameter) Ø800* (outer width) 600* (inner hole) Ø80; pine hole: Ø40; distance to the bobbin hole: 160mm (max.) or 120mm (min.) (customizable) 2.Tension: There is a manual mechanical tension regulation system that is mainly used for regulating the pressures of springs. 3.Loading and unloading of the bobbin: The bobbin has a hydraulic lifting iron shaft, convenient and flexible.
