Product Description

Optical fiber coloring and rewinding machine.

Application: Mainly used for SM, MM fiber full chromatography coloring, which is convenient for identification of multiple fibers in the beam tube. At the same time, the device can also be used in fiber rewinding segments.

12 heads 250mm motorized pay off stand

1.Motorized spool is Φ250mm , axle type 2.Tension : automatic to adjust 3.Power : 1/2 HP reducer motor+Inveter (12 units) 4.Tension pay off spool : Φ400mm , axle type

Main extruder machine

1.Heating : screw heating 3 area cast aluminum heater, voltage : 380V1.5KW/section 2.Cooling : 3 pieces 250W High voltage off-set center fan + temperature controller auto –cooling . 3.Main motor drive : 20HP motor + 20 HP Inverter control 4.Machine head : U7 automatic central type 5.Machine head clip : new locked type falan tray , disassembly to facilitate .
